Samantha Manrique has practiced Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since Summer 2004. She received her initial training at Nevada School of Massage Therapy in Las Vegas. Her training at NSMT included not just Swedish/Deep Tissue, but intensive Anatomy and Physiology, Eastern approaches to Bodywork (Shiatsu, Acupressure, Reflexology), Injury, Russian Sports Massage, Cranial Sacral, and Structural Integration. Samantha views this broad variety of modalities as a kind of toolbelt, allowing her to utilize these various approaches to facilitate healing on an individual basis.

As of late 2007, Sam has filled the role of a Full Time Instructor at Nevada School of Massage Therapy. This exciting opportunity limits her private practice to an outcall basis only. However, she still enjoys providing bodywork to a wide variety of clients. Her passion for Massage Therapy coupled with her love for sharing information makes teaching an ideal career choice in both Basic Massage Training and
Continuing Education for Massage and Bodywork.

Samantha is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), the Day Spa Association, the International Medical Spa Association, and the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).  "Samantha Manrique is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider,”  and is a 5 Star Educator for Lypossage™, and has received extensive continuing education including:

Lypossage, with creator Charles Wiltsie III (www.lypossage.net),
