Staying Healthy with the Seasons by Elson M. Haas, M.D.
This is an excellent introductory book to practical Traditional Chinese Medicine methods. Haas leads the reader through the theories and philosophies behind TCM and relays solutions to everyday health problems in relation to seasonal changes. I highly recommend this book for anyone thinking of improving their health with natural and inexpensive means.
